Frequently Asked Questions

I have an old property with very thick walls; can I still get WiFi around the property?
Yes! We specialise in wireless networks and have plenty of experience in properties with very thick walls. We have the equipment and knowledge to help find the best solution to provide WiFi most suited to the building structure.
I would like to be able to see the footage from my CCTV cameras whilst I am away from my premises – is this possible?
Yes! All of our CCTV installations come with a Smartphone and tablet App free of charge. This App allows you to view your CCTV remotely and we can even set up features such as line motion detection, intrusion alerts and facial recognition which can notify your App and help you get the most from of your CCTV.
We have a remote building that we would like to have network connections in, is this possible?
Yes! We can provide a variety of solutions to help with this. The type of solution is dependant on the distance to the remote building. We can provide hard wired Cat5e/Cat6 links if the distance is relatively short. For longer runs we can install fibre optic cabling and convert back to Cat5e/Cat6 to provide hard wired or wireless solutions. Where cabling is not possible, we can install a wireless point to point link and these can cover a distance of up to 2KM.
I have very poor broadband speeds and there is no fibre optic broadband in my area, is there anything you can do to help?
Yes! We have a range of solutions available for providing a broadband service. We specialise in 4G solutions where we can use the 4G mobile network for a broadband service. With our 4G network testing equipment we can decipher which is the best network in your area on a site survey. We also install satellite broadband systems where 4G signal may not be an option.
We would like to have a fob-based entry system to our property – can you install this?
Yes! We install a lot of Paxton Door Access Systems (the leader in access control systems) and we are trained and accredited in Net2 and Paxton10 installation. We install both the conventional fob in/out and Push to Exit systems, as well as the wireless Paxlock entry system which fits directly on to doors and can even be unlocked with a Smartphone App.
