Meet the Team

Nick started Network Data Services in 2016 after spending 13 years in the telecom industry. Starting his career as a Telecoms Engineer Apprentice, the communication world is all he has ever known! Hobbies outside of work include spending lots of time on woodland walks with the family and watching rugby.

Steph joined the team in 2019 and has taken over the day to day running of everything admin and office. Steph has lots of experience in management, specialising in training. Steph’s hobbies outside of work include spending time with her family and friends and reading.

Ade joined Network Data Services in March 2018 and expanded our services with his skills and knowledge on intercoms and door access. Ade is knowledgeable in every aspect of our services – from a simple telephone extension to satellite broadband. Ade’s hobbies outside of work are watching touring cars and working on his beloved Mini.

Martin joined Network Data Services in January 2020 and brings 26 years of experience in our industry to the team. From Cat5E/Cat6 to fibre optic networking and everything in-between, Martin always provides customers with a brilliant installation and always with a smile. Martin is football mad and his hobbies include running the local six-a-side football league, playing football with his sons and watching football!

Wayne started with Network Data Services in January 2022 and has 20 years of experience in our industry. He specialises in the installation of Cat5E/Cat6 and fibre optic network cabling, with his focus always being on a high-quality installation and friendly service. Wayne loves rugby and music and enjoys spending time with his family, either watching his son playing football or his daughter in theatre productions.

Andrea joined the team in 2022 as our Office Administrator. She liaises with customers daily and supports our Office Manager to process all the information we require for finances and compliance. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her Grandchildren and volunteering at her local theatre – with a special skill in decorating their display window to match upcoming shows.

Alfie joined Network Data Services in 2023 as an Apprentice. He recently completed his Level 3 Network Cable Installer Apprenticeship, showing a keen approach to learning as much as possible from our Senior Engineers. Having now completed his Apprenticeship, Alfie works alongside our team and his knowledge, skills and experience grow every day. Outside of work Alfie enjoys MMA, Jiu-jitsu and rugby.

Charlie joined our team in 2025 as an Engineer to help grow our team and meet customer demand. Charlie brings with him a keen eye for detail and excellent skills in network cabling installations. As part of our commitment to progressing employees’ careers, Charlie will complete a Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI) course, which will provide him with a BTEC Level 3 Award in Copper and Optical Fibre to underpin his current experience. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys mountain biking in the Forest of Dean.
